YOUTH STRENGTHENING CAMP at BCMH REHAB & FITNESS |

Students aged 12-15 will learn the fundamentals of weight training, spotting, exercises, safety and etiquette while properly using weight lifting machines,hand held weights with an adjustable bench, medicine and stability balls. Class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30-11:30 AM from July 22nd through August 14th. Cost for members: $30; non-members: $40. Class size is limited. For information call 524-2200. |

 Katie
is a junior at Houghton High School where she is
an honor student who participates in downhill
skiing, choir, band and drama. She is also a
long standing member of her church choir and was
a member of the Youthworks! mission to Brooklyn,
NY last summer. She performed in the school’s
fall play, "Death Takes a Holiday" and was cast
as Liesl with the Calumet Players performance of
"The Sound of Music". Katie is highly motivated
and very talented while remaining very friendly
and always concerned about others.
With her continuously busy schedule involving
piano, voice and dance lessons in conjunction
with school and church activites, Katie is all
about positive choices. She is an extraordinary
role model for others and a superlative CC Teen. |
