someone for Copper Country Teen?
Please fill

“Submit Form”. The form will automatically be
sent to CC Youth staff.
Common reasons why
someone may be nominated:
(Could be any of these
reasons but does not have to be all.)
1)
They are active in their school.
2) They
are active in their community or church.
3) They
are a good role model.
4) They
are a positive leader.
5) They
have helped others.
6) They
have worked hard on something.
***A Copper Country
Teen needs to be between 12 and 18 years old
that lives in Houghton, Baraga or
Keweenaw counties.
